Kashk Bademjan is an Iranian and Azerbaijani dish meaning literally “Curd and eggplant”. The recipe has variations such as caramelized onions, roasted nuts, herbs, spices. This dish is usually eaten with Bread or Naan, a great appetizer dish for any meal.
